è un’offesa alla dignità del Paese

Siamo tutti sulla “Rachel Corrie”

Ha ragione Obama: ci sarebbero certo modi migliori e più efficaci di aiutare Gaza. Peccato che la comunità internazionale, e lui per primo, non li voglia usare. Gli Stati Uniti all’ONU hanno votato contro la richiesta di una commissione di inchiesta indipendente e imparziale.
E allora, quali sono i modi migliori? C’è voluta la Freedom Flotilla per far accendere di nuovo i riflettori su Gaza.
E non ci saranno altri modi, purtroppo, fino a quando la comunità internazionale sarà complice e silente di fronte alle immani violazioni del diritto internazionale compiute da Israele a Gaza – perché l’assedio è un crimine perseguito dalla Convenzione di Ginevra – e in Palestina.
