Preambolo
Nel rispetto della Costituzione, dello Statuto Nazionale e dello Statuto Regionale della Campania, il Partito Democratico (in seguito solo PD), Circolo Territoriale di Santa Maria a Vico, s’ispira ai principi di tutela della dignità della persona umana, della cultura di genere, della libertà democratica, della giustizia sociale e della solidarietà, al fine di garantire a tutti i cittadini le libertà individuali e assicurare uguali opportunità nell’affermazione delle proprie aspirazioni civili, economiche e politiche.
Il PD Circolo Territoriale di Santa Maria a Vico s’impegna al pieno rispetto e applicazione degli articoli dello Statuto Regionale riguardanti
gli strumenti di partecipazione diretta (dall’art. 1 at art. 7)

Art.8 (Territorial Circles ed'ambiente)

Art.9 (Establishment of the Working)

Art.10 (Organs of the Circle)

Art.11 (Assembly of the members)

Art.12 (Coordination of the Circle)

1.Le riunioni di Coordinamento sono valide con la presenza della maggioranza assoluta (50%+1) dei suoi membri (in seguito numero legale).

Art.27 (Limit of mandates)

Art.28 (ineligibility and incompatibility)

a) sia stata emessa sentenza di condanna, ancorché non definitiva ovvero a seguito di patteggiamento, per delitti di corruzione nelle diverse forme previste e di concussione;
b) sia stata emessa sentenza di condanna definitiva, anche a seguito di patteggiamento, per reati inerenti a fatti che presentino per modalità di esecuzione o conseguenze, carattere di particolare gravità;

6. Are incompatible to the position of Coordinator of the circle, the municipal coordinator of the Provincial Secretary and Regional Secretary of the mayors, councilors, regional, provincial and municipal presidents of public and mixed in office at the time of nominations.

Bodies
guarantee (the Guarantee Commission)
